Our Process

We keep our process simple because we understand that planning a wedding is hard work. 

  1. Schedule your Consultation: This is a free 30 minute consultation to tell our talented designers everything we need to know about your event and what you are looking for. The consultation can be online or in person depending on your location.


  2. Receive a Quote: Within a week after your consultation, we will send you an estimate of how much your products will cost.


  3. Sign the Contract: After reviewing and approving the design specifications, you will sign the terms and conditions contract and pay the deposit for your products.


  4. Receive a Digital Proof: Within two weeks after signing the contract, you will receive your first digital proof of the products. You are able to request changes based on what you see. Three revisions are included free of charge.


  5. Final Approval: Once you are 100% satisfied with the digital proof, you can approve the final design of your products. No more design changes can be made after this point.


  6. Production: Your custom products are made. This process typically takes 45 days.


  7. Finalization: Once the products are made, we will collect the remainder of your payment as well as shipping costs.


  8. Delivery! We can personally deliver local orders (San Diego & Tijuana) as well as ship orders all over the continental US and Mexico.
